Customer information about your direct debit payments
BBnet have been made aware that some customers have received a letter from their bank regarding their direct debit payments with BBnet and changes that are required of the direct debit process after 1st January 2021 as a result of the UK’s decision to leave the EU.
We wish to inform our customers, that we are working with our payments solutions partner to address any changes to this process, and no action should be required on the part of our customers. Neither should this affect your services with us in any way.
